SEVEN are opening a new store in The Baltic Triangle, Liverpool and aims to be the leading destination for progressive Sportswear, Contemporary Menswear and Japanese Streetwear brands in the region. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team.

This is an amazing and rare opportunity to join such a high profile store with a unique brand mix and progressive retail environment.

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and experienced luxury retail Assistant Manager accustomed to aiming high and performing to their best under pressure.

Representing over 80+ brands we want an ambitious and energetic individual, who is accustomed to problem solving, creative thinking, motivating and developing a large diverse team and unconditionally supporting a dynamic and forward thinking Assistant Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Store Manager in the operating manner of their choice and ensuring the continuity of processes.
  • Positioned to be ready to assist with and take over full managerial tasks as necessary.
  • To be familiar with the entire running of the store operations with a good working knowledge of the processes behind all services and procedures.
  • Ensuring the full team is equipped with knowledge relevant to the industry
  • To lead the team in excellence of service through outwardly displaying exemplary service techniques.
  • To drive the store sales through personally and effectively motivating the team to achieve and exceed set budgets and sales targets.
  • To identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance, communicating them to the Store Manager regularly.
  • Ensure that the store image is maintained at all times. This will cover visual merchandising, floor replenishment and in-store brand takeover’s
  • Financial accountability in supporting the Store Manager

Your profile:

  • The successful candidate must have a passion for retail and have an in-depth knowledge of our brands, associated trends and delivering the best customer experience.
  • You must have previous managerial experience working in a luxury fashion retail environment, and will have vast experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants and delegating tasks to the sales team.
  • Highly efficient and organised with an innovative attitude, suggesting constant improvements to the store to maximise sales.
  • You must be a visual representation of the business at all times
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential as you will be expected to regularly communicate with senior management within the retail function.
  • Managing hard launch date products in-store
  • Knowledge of the local community in The North West
