UK deliveryAll orders include FREE next day delivery via DPD. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered Next Day. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend (before 3pm on Sunday) will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery to any BFPO address is also FREE.
We offer international delivery, but unfortunately we can only deliver to:
Bosnia and Herzegovina
New Zealand (Aotearoa)
Serbia and Montenegro
Vatican City State (Holy See)
For security reasons, all international orders must be delivered to the billing address and additional security checks may be administered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email. Failure to reply to these emails may result in your order being delayed or even cancelled. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bulk purchases, therefore a maximum of three items are permitted per international order.
Delivery to Europe is from €11.50 and from $20 to the Rest of the World.
Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase using one of the methods below. Please make sure that any postal returns are securely packaged, and sent back using the original packaging.
Please don’t attach any sticky tape to footwear boxes, as we need to receive them in the same condition they were in when delivered.
Returns will be processed the same day they are received in store. Please note that the time may vary for a refund to show in your account, depending on the payment provider.
All UK returns postage is free of charge.
Return by Post
If you want to return an item for any reason, please complete the DPD returns form included in your delivery documents, include it in your parcel and follow the DPD returns instructions provided.

Return to store
To return your items to our store, please take your parcel including the shipment notice to Seven Liverpool, Unit 98, 6 Paradise Street, Liverpool, L1 3EU.
Please remember to bring along the card that was used to make the purchase. The cardholder will need to be present.
For returns from overseas, please follow the returns information above, and return your item using your local postal service. Please ensure all orders are tracked and you have a receipt of postage.
Unfortunately, in the case of international returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
