UK deliveryAll orders include FREE next day delivery via DPD. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered Next Day. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend (before 3pm on Sunday) will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
International deliveryDelivery to Europe is from €11.50 and from $20 to the Rest of the World.
Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day*. Once dispatched, your delivery should take between 3-10 working days. This is a guide time only and delivery time may vary. Please note, during busy periods Seven are not responsible for any delays incurred by the courier. Tax Free Shopping:
We offer Tax Free Shopping to all our customers living outside of the EU. The 20% sales tax is deducted from RRP price during the checkout process. Our Tax Free service does not include any customs charges incurred upon entry into your country. Any customs charges must be paid for by the customer in order for the package to be released. Please note that all payments are taken in GBP.
We offer international delivery to the following countries:
Bosnia and Herzegovina
New Zealand (Aotearoa)
Serbia and Montenegro
Vatican City State (Holy See)
For security reasons, all international orders must be delivered to the billing address and additional security checks may be administered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email. Failure to reply to these emails may result in your order being delayed or even cancelled. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bulk purchases, therefore a maximum of three items are permitted per international order.
*During periods of high demand, dispatch times may vary.
Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase using one of the methods below. Please make sure that any postal returns are securely packaged, and sent back using the original packaging.
Please don’t attach any sticky tape to footwear boxes, as we need to receive them in the same condition they were in when delivered.
Returns will be processed the same day they are received in store. Please note that the time may vary for a refund to show in your account, depending on the payment provider.
All UK returns postage is free of charge.
Return by Post
If you want to return an item for any reason, please complete the DPD returns form included in your delivery documents, include it in your parcel and follow the DPD returns instructions provided.

Return to store
To return your items to our store, please take your parcel including the shipment notice to Seven Liverpool, Unit 98, 6 Paradise Street, Liverpool, L1 3EU.
Please remember to bring along the card that was used to make the purchase. The cardholder will need to be present.
For returns from overseas, please follow the returns information above, and return your item using your local postal service. Please ensure all orders are tracked and you have a receipt of postage.
Unfortunately, in the case of international returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
